Education mafia is existing for long time.Students are aware of it but can not do something. In combined entranace tests for engineering and medical, the MOST DIFFICULT questions are prepared for the student of plus two, the solutions of which may not be known even to the examiner andd it has been seen that many professionals are not aware of the questions what to talk of the answers. These questions are of no relevance in adding to the knowldge of the student since the 'knowldge' given by the question in no way is connected to the use in industry or for the job.The aim to make questions more difficult to force the students to enroll themselves for the CRASH COURSES run by the 'EXPERTS INSTITUTES'.
There seems to interconnection between the 'experts institutes' and the examiners, the results and the postins are snatched according to the paying capacities of the students. Exceptions are of course there.
These tests should be banned, instead students be enrolled as per the merits of plus two examinations which are held by competent authorities
i agree with the blog that there exist strong Education Mafia which is sucking money out of the poor students.
ReplyDeleteIt is great that some one is concerned with the education for the poor. The tests should be strictly from the text books prescribed and studied by the students.
ReplyDeletei agree with you
ReplyDeleteahan definattely true wording buddy :)
ReplyDelete101% agree wid u man !!!
there are three comparative degrees:good,better,best..the competitive exams are so designed to select the best out of lakhs of aspirants...it is not that one has to score 100% but a sort of comparison is made which in my opinion is an apt format.....

It is never seen that best students get graded as best through the competitive exams.since it all depend how he faces the questions in examination .If they have solved such questions in their CRASH COURSES,it becomes simple for them to get graded the best.
ReplyDeleteTrue their are good, better and best students but the question is how you put them in the above categories. The students paying more get more prospective questions for CRAMMING THROUGH THEIR 'EXPERT INSTITUTE'.Thus how you are put into higher degree of 'intellectuality' depends upon your paying capacity. What is the use of putting questions even beyond the imagination of an ordinary student and which will never be of use in his carrier or the job? Why then these type of questions are taught in the text book? What I think and people tell, it the money which plays part in grading students.
no...institutes design questions which are similar to what are asked in these exams not that they know the exact questions...it is true that those who are well prepared will attempt the questions with cool temperament and the same goes with the board exams as well..for the second part the board exams do not accurately test the intellectual of the individual but these competitive exams test the in depth knowledge of the individual....harsimrat
ReplyDeletei am also agree with devinder
ReplyDeletei am totally satisfied with you......
ReplyDeleteits great that somebody raises this issue.....
i also thought that competitive exams must be made from what we learnt...
ReplyDeleteyou can take one question paper of any competitive exams (especially IIT), although you are a engineer but i am sorry to say that you can hardly solved 10-15 questions out of 60... so rest of the questions are out of the range and students can not understand the questions so how can they solved it out.....
finally i want to say that devinder its great that you made a blog on education mafia. but a single person is not enough to sought out the problem. you will have to raise this issue in the newspapers also, so that people must aware of that and they will come forward.
our government should have to take some steps to remove this... only then this issue sought out......
i am 99% agree wid d blog
ReplyDeleteBt 1% not because institutes provides knowledge to us. its up to you that you want to grasp that knowledge or not.
ReplyDeleteno doubt that In combined entranace tests for engineering and medical, the MOST DIFFICULT questions are prepared for the student. but if the question paper is made so easier then what is the purpose for making the test.
ReplyDeleteTest eg. (IIT,AIEEE, CET)its according to the ability of the student. IIT for those students who got the higher studies and have the good knowledge. and AIEEE for those who had less knowledge as compared to the IIT students.
and CET for those who had less Knowledge as compared to the both entrance test.
there are the students also who got the 1st rank in IIT. they doing the things differently.
in the end i m completely satisfied with u
thats what i want to say for a long time.
ReplyDeletewe need the people like you who raised this issue
ReplyDeletei m completely agree with u.......
